1. Account Responsibility
When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your password. Cypher Studios cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to bypass security on our reward URLs.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete surveys.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit reward systems.
- Harassing other players or staff members.
3. Reward System and Points
Points earned through Theorem Reach surveys are provided as a courtesy for your time. Cypher Studios reserves the right to adjust point balances if we detect fraudulent activity or technical errors. Points have no real-world cash value and are only for use within Cypher Studios games.
4. Limitation of Liability
Cypher Studios is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. We are not responsible for any loss of game progress or points due to server downtime or technical issues.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
